    wouldnt be the first time a woman has been insulted for flashing, in fairness to ed, and from the boot ed says a few things that make him sound VERY drunk at that show.

    she mustve done it a fair bit for him to mention it?

    It would be really interesting to see what the girl actually does. Not that I'm interested in her sookies (Ahem), but how many times did she flash? Must have been quite a few times, since it pissed off Ed that much. Yes, he rants and yes, he get's drunk, but this is the first time I've seen or heard him call people out like that and mock them.
    That's not the best I've seen of Ed.

    I think maybe this is blown out of proportion. Have you ever been to a show and seen the girls that do this? I think Ed typically has more respect for females than this particular girl had for herself. Just a thought.

    On the topic of Ed calling people out. At San Diego II Ed gave a little speech on the hecklers (which are in the same vein of rude as flashers)... anyway most folks behaved after he asked for the heckling to stop. There was one (woman?) that was apparently still making an ass out of her self, and Ed more or less singled her out and said FU.
    He also noted that he had been through some "heavy shit" to get where he is, and the microphone was his because he worked for it.

    I don't see a problem with it. She wanted attention by doing something stupid, and Ed gave her the attention. While I'm sure she didn't want that kind of attention, she should've thought about what she was doing.

    Good onya Ed!!!!! I do think he went a little bit far at the end.....but I get what he meant and just think he worded it badly :D

    Sucked in to that chick and props to Ed for pointing her out and making an example of her!! If someone (guy or girl) stood in front of me flashing all night while I was trying to work or what ever, I'd tell them to fuck the hell off!!! :mad:

    Unfortunately just the fact that this chick was doing what she was doing, shows her mentallity and she probably thought what Ed said was great, because he was talking about HER :rolleyes:

    I really don't get chicks that do this.......why do they think they're so great that even perfect strangers want their tits put in their faces :confused: Have some respect for yourselves girls!!! :rolleyes:

    Not to mention....the guys are all either married or have a girlfriend! If someone stood in front of my hubby flashing -I would be having something to say about it.....so as well as disrespecting the PJ guys....it's disrespecting their wives/girlfriend as well!

    i think what he did was a little crazy and out of proportion, but hey, thats what he did. i think it is hysterical. isn't for that girl though. i mean, what she was doing was harmless .. if i were him i probobly would have said something like "hey honey, this isn't a motley crue concert"

    In context it sounds like he is sticking up for women and saying you don't need to do all this "look at me for attention" shit like Girls Gone Wild. Pearl Jam is not a groupie, hard drug (at least that we know of) band.

    I am annoyed by Ed's rants from time to time but this one I actually find valid although the "Shitting on little girls heads" was a little over the top but hey its Ed and those of us who love this band know that's what we get from time to time.

    You have very little respect for yourself if you are flashing yourself.

    Ed's right. the girls gone wild culture has been dumbing down the world to the point where many girls think its not just acceptable, but are encouraged to subjugate themselves.

    I'm glad Ed called her out on that. If you are going to bring attention to yourself, you better not get angry when you get the attention--positive or negative.
