    yeah i caught that, it's his intro music, too bad he's kind of a crap player.

    I think he could be good with regular playing time, not that he'll ever get it barring an injury to the infield. The guy hammers leftnanded pitching.

    I dont think it has as much to do with his taste in music, as it is a joke by the Yankees PA people that the name Betemit and EV's quick rambling of the word "betterman" sound exactly the same.

    that's exactly what it is, if a player doesn't request a song, the scoreboard guys pick the song. if you notice, they also play the who's "you better, you bet" in his other at-bats.

    i was at the game, what a great game, i was singing along with betterman when he came to the plate, i like him , i think hes a solid backup infielder, LETS GO YANKS!!!

    yea, that's it. they occasionally play "you better you bet" as well.

    good tunes, but neither one help him get any hits...
    i'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam
