Well I hope a tornado goes through and destroys all the organization's facilities forcing them to move back to Seattle

The team should be the Oklahoma Tornadoes anyways, I don't care if it's not childlike-fun to name a team that, but Thunder is just lame. Every state has thunder

i will agree that "thunder" is a name not to have. i live in wichita and our semi pro hockey team already has that name and our rival is in tulsa......awww who cares, name them whatever you want to name them.

If people don't want to listen, there isn't a whole lot of PJ talk, but they do discuss Bonnaroo, Jeff mentions that the band has a standing offer to play Fenway, and he also talks about how the band has had a hard time recently finding good venues to play in and around Seattle... so there ya go.
words seem so out of place.

    Summary:

Jeff sounded really bummed. Talked about how he has been a fan for a long time, and how he wonders if he might be done with the NBA.

No big PJ news. He just said they are going to make a new record. The most interesting thing to me was that the radio guy asked him when they were going to play in Seattle and Jeff said it is really hard for them to play cool places there because of the people that run "Seattle Center". He said it is really mismanaged. He mentioned playing White River and the guy suggested Safeco. He asked if they ever played Fenway and Jeff said no, but they have had offers. He said they were offered it again when they were just there.

Not huge news, but interesting to Seattle fans who wonder why they don't play there more.

Nope, that was Safeco for the Farewell tour.

He said there are no plans for any farewell shows.
