Well if you need to find a new home for it ;)

Is anyone ever going to reveal they received the Blue Fixer and put thrilla out of his misery?

Yes. Coming to the US for PJ Woodstock will do you good, Thrilla.

What will you say when you meet all of us?

thrilla will say, "who has my blue fixer?!?'

Think we should just paint a fixer blue and give it to him?

    Apparently not quite enough.

Hmmm. I've started checking out hotels in George, WA just in case...

    Will you go?

I wouldn't but that's just me. I know they've been to shows before but I would want it to be an "adult only" weekend so I could party it up.

Do you think it's unreasonable for my husband to not say for sure if I can go to the festival or not? I'm a little ticked at him for it.

yes it is...if he has his 'fun days' you should get them too!

Why are people making plans like they already know 'where' it's gonna be? (unlost, you're one of the few that are thinking the Gorge! :) )

I'm hoping for The Gorge because it looks so cool and we can party together!

A little ticked at him? A little?

Permission? I think not. Unreasonable is the understatement of the year.

Unlost: "I'm going to PJ Woodstock on the other side of the country!"
Mr. Unlost: "I thought you hate to fly?!?"
Unlost: "I'm over it. And if the plane crashes, I'll be a legend in the forum."
Mr. Unlost: "Bring your slicker, it rains a lot up there in the Pacific Northwest."

What can I do about this fear of flying?!?

Okay i'm more than ticked Unlost, i'm furious, i'm just trying to stay calm because I quit smoking and I'm alittle more irritated than usual. The thing is I need him to come with me. He's the only other PJ fan I know (not as big as me obviously), and i'm too chicken to travel alone. To make me even angrier about 10 minutes after that conversation he say's...I think I want to go see a CFL (football) game in the fall. WTF? He's not even a fan of football, never has been. He just thinks it would be cool to go with a bunch of friends for the partying. Anyway's bottom line is we're going. I don't care what he say's.

So about flying...I'm not the biggest fan of it either so I have no suggestions for you but to listen to music and try not to think about it.

How many times have you been on a plane?
If you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about.

    not that many...maybe 4-5? I HATE flying!

Unlost: bring some beach balls with you...as soon as the plane is taking off, start to 'hyperventilate' into a few of them...of course when they are fully inflated, bounce them around the plane....

I really do hope it's at the Gorge too...it's nice and HOT in the summer...cools off in the evening. Hotels are close....though it is quite a drive to there from any airport. If it's at the Gorge and you go, I'll buy you a $9 beer ok?

How much is 'too much' to pay for a beer?

I've lost count  ... so far have 4 flights booked in the next couple of months.

EDIT 4&20 - Depends how much you need the beer ;)

Do you think more flying will help with your fear?

$13 bucks is what I paid for one at my first PJ concert in Toronto, now that's over priced.

How much is a case a beer there? (Here it's between $35-$40 bucks)

    I actually don't know!

Well, if all else fails we can always meet up when we get there. Since this is likely to happen during boating season Mr. Unlost most definitely will stay home. He's not a fan, anyway. This will work out well because I won't have to bring somebody in to take care of the unlost dogs.

I suspect we won't be the only ones traveling alone...

Last time you traveled alone someplace?

    I've never traveled alone....

Jukee: it depends on the beer...Heineken, regular price around $30, but on sale $18-20

Chime: I don't know...I try to avoid flying as much as possible...

Edit: very sweet of D-man Boo....talking PJ fest...we want the Gorge!

    Longest flight you've been on?

yes I have! but I need to get a proper stand...holding it in the air with one arm, and tinking away with the other gets tiring!

Boo Boo was just here...maybe he's off with thrilla and BD?

Any instruments you want to learn to play?

Sorry, I was too busy cracking up laughing and trying to hide it from The Other Person In The Office. I did a kind of an inhaling snorting thing and in my distress I forgot to ask a question.

    Here's my question for you:

    Really?
