I was glad to see him do well. Shame he didn't make a 50. A lot of poms in the crowd. Didn't realise how many until they did something good and they all started clapping and cheering.

hes not a dud, but hes got some serious fukn issues, headwise and technique wise at the moment. you dont have an avge of 47 in 6yrs of consistent test cricket if youre a dud. the only thing that saved clarke for this test was ponting.

I am not a fan of him even if he plays well.
Headwise issues?, nah he just can't Lara Bungle Bingle out of his head.
What he did to Symonds and how Katich grabbed him by the throat in the dressing room have formed a negative opinion of him.
The guy is selfish, always put himself before the team.

we bowled well..
you batted really well until you lost the first wicket.
clarkes first shot was so lucky he could have been out ...but it went for 3.
if you get 300 i think your really in the game,
350 will be a great score.
its flat as a road and that bounce.

it might be a good game..

swann will finish test highest wicket taker.

The Ashes haven't been won yet. Only retained.

See, If the series is a draw England retains the Ashes because they currently hold them. To win, they need to win this test match. If Australia win then the series is a draw and England retain the Ashes.

come on its bad enough when your fast bowlers do it.(prior not out) but for a spinner thats just wrong .

hilf and johnson great knock at the end they saved your arses ...

you scored at 1.90 an over until johndson set off..great 4 then 6 off of swann...hes got some power.

think you finished off scoring at 2.25.

then we come in and score at 4.89.. :shock: shame kp got out..but that was a good ball to him.

if we can get to 400 i will be more then happy .

cook to get another 100 after that hughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh let off ..the beers are on you . :P
