Thought it'd be fun to get everyone in the spirit :)
Just got ours tonight but will try and post a pic when decorated. Word to the wise...avoid the Blue Spruce at all costs. Stringing lights on it is like giving a handjob to a porcupine; my hands are killing me!!!

    Fun thread for those of us in the Christmas spirit. Right now we are in the middle installing hard wood floors in our new home so hopefully we will be settled before Christmas. I'll edit and post my pics if I'm lucking enough to get one up before Christmas and I look forward to seeing everyone's tree!!!

    What ever happened to D2D? Looking at your location, I was just thinking how strange it would feel to have christmas in that kind of climate. A christmas tree almost seems out of place to me.

    Well, eyed, it is quite different here compared to Christmas in a cold climate. I miss the way the snow looked on the trees but I DON"T miss the coldness and the grayness. :)

    I've learned that many people here put up very elaborate light displays on their homes. It's so colorful and beautiful. I'll put some pictures of those up soon. In my own neighborhood there are some very lovely creations.

    You'll see how joyful they look when I put them up. 8-)
