Katowice poster arrives all bashed up

Katowice poster arrived bashed ...can anyone tell me what tenclubs stand on this is? i know they used to replace stuff but nowadays?...i took pictures etc, should i mail them?

    call or email them. tenclub is usually cool about stuff like this, so you shouldn't have a problem...

    They'll have you ship the damaged one back and refund your money. There are no replacements.

    Best thing to do imho, is to wait until they see this thread. That will let them know it was damaged and they will take the appropriate action. This is ALWAYS the best place to come when you get anything damaged in the mail. Never contact the source directly. Make them work for it! ;)
