there are PJ mugs? sounds cool....I can always use a new coffee mug. how and where do you get them (Sorry, didn't read the whole thread)
  • Hi everyone, last night didn't get much sleep thinking how the hell I am going to ship 50 mugs to USA :o

    So the situation is next:
I have to ship all mugs for USA together.
There are 2 reason why I can't ship each one separately:
    - the lowest estimate for one mug (500 grams/1pounds) is about 45$, (which is insane) that is regular post office and right now nothing can be shipped to USA with regular post office over 450 grams until further notice.
So the only option we have is to use Courier Services like DHL/UPS and ship all together.
We usually work with "IN TIME" courier service and they have best prices, the estimate for 50 mugs (around 30 kg/66 pounds weight) is about 260$, estimate delivery time is max 2 weeks.

The other news is that I contact WISHLIST FOUNDATION this morning and ask them if I can do this thru them, to donate all mugs and to pay shipment so all of you can go there buy/donate money to WL foundation.
I am waiting on the respond.
Does anybody know who should I contact there in WL foundation to talk about this??
Maybe I can work out something deal with WL foundation that we can do more donation over next year since right now is impossible to delivery all mugs for everyone, it's going to be 100 mugs if you guys continue to sing up ;)

I hope to include also the folks from Canada in this group.

I am definitely in! Thanks so much!

I currently live in the USA, but I also have a valid shipping address in Canada, so if you can't do the USA, I can give you a Canadian address.

As I said before, if you can ship to Canada, but not the USA, I would be open to the idea of you shipping all the US mugs to my Canadian address, and then I will redistribute from there. I plan on being in Canada at my parents place for 2 weeks over Christmas (thus the valid Canadian address)... so I would be more than happy to pick up the mugs and bring them back with me to the US and redistribute them from there, if that helps in any way, shape or form. As I said, the only problem is that I wouldn't be able to ship them to all the US people until after January 2nd.

And again, also more than happy to shell out a couple of bucks for a mug, or atleast cover my shipping costs.... (p.s. I really like the green ones! :D )

Thanks for the offer, I am also considering this option, will see what happens.

  • And now the situation with EU folks

The shipping price for EU for one mug is about 20euros, that is the price with special handling (there is no insurance) and 15 euros lowest estimate but this one is on risk to break.

Now I don't know how much would be if someone ship let's say from Germany to England or vice versa, the price is high because Croatia is not in EU, maybe we can get better price if I ship all to one place and then with in EU we get better deal.

Can someone help me out with this information...please

Ok. Sounds good. Shipping them once they are in the US is not a big deal, as Flat Rate boxes here can be done for a reasonable price (probably be about $10/mug, if memory serves me correct). Just let me know if you need me to help.

Thanks for the updates! I'd love to donate to the Wishlist Foundation to help subsidize the shipping and spread the PJ mug love throughout the US. :)

Let me know if there's any other way I can help.
