    Try changing the privacy level to "low" under the internet options. That worked for me.

    go to the TOOLS button on your internet browser, click on Internet Options, then Privacy and lower your cookies ratings... after you are done on 10C Site, I'd do the same and set the setting back to medium.

    Make sure you log in through pearljam.com and not tenclub.com or whatever the other link is.

    oreos always work.
    k haha thanks for your help everybody but now i cant get tickets because it says the account has to be active what exactly does that mean

    Is your membership up to date? I think your membership had to be current as of March 19 to be able to get 10C tix.
