Now please go back & try again after I gave it away, a little bit. (Note: A quick one while he's away is on the BONUS TRACKS thingy wingys)

Thanks! - I don't know G Harrison's solo stuff too well, will have a proper listen.

The Laura Marling song, and indeed her whole debut album I can relate to very strongly in a kind of 'how hard it is to love someone who is unstable / psychically vulnerable', kind of way - the 'off he goes' syndrome across the whole album I find.

Here's another one in that ilk (for you and anyone else who can relate!)

sensitive and amazing women, my personal idols.
Here's one for you, this is what played in my house back in '68...when I was 12. Heavy into Motown my sisters were, I went along for the ride :D

She wrote all that stuff when she was 17 / 18 years old. Absolutely incredible - a complete & wise talent.

One of her early gigs she was barred from entering the venue due to being below drinking age (18) - so she did an impromptu performance in the car park!

Maybe he's an acquired taste - but I think he is the world's second best singer! ;)

Also, he goes deep places, with his voice, with his words. You need to get diggin!

    Hey StillHere,

in the absence of any poetry flowing from you to me and back again currently ~(time off!) - this one's for you

Is sad and mournful, yet makes me feel mellow and wistful.
