the .rar files that is, do I have to worry about losing the show on iTunes? Are they copied when I open them in iTunes?

    did you save them as mp3's 1st?

    if you didn't and delete the flacs then they'll be gone

    If you've unzipped the files from the .RAR file, then you should be okay to delete the .RAR file.

    Anything imported into your iTunes library is COPIED to the 'Itunes Music' folder.

    The file format depends on what encode type you have chosen on your itunes preferences under 'Advanced' and 'Importing'

    Once you open the .rar file, you have a separate folder for it. delete that shit.
