Ed Vedder tix through Ticketmaster?

for those that purchased them this way...

how difficult was it?

when did you log on?

i'm thinking of going this way as my membership was up in April...even though i'm fine on that...i'll just renew sometime soon.

    nice. so i have just as good a chance with ticketmaster as 10C...i dont stand a chance on this computer then.

    10 C sale was the same way. These venues are just so damn tiny, they sell out fast. You have to be really lucky to get tickets by either method.

    What was the Stub Hub average cost if I had to submit to it...?

    Really? I saw someone mention they got them for 200 a piece...which, isnt terrible.

    Wrong...I highly recommend Stub Hub...I saw Ed's Solo show in LA....I tried the 10c Pre-Sale, KROQ Pre-Sale and Public Onsale with no luck...Stub Hub hooked me up!
    Do I sound like an Infommercial?? LOL The seller only doubled the face value of the ticket! 2nd Row Loge Seats...Try it....

    Ha, I know, I was just messing around. Well, I didn't really know how much they went for, but I did know that they weren't over a thousand. I fear I'll resort to this atleast once this tour.

    I just want into the DC shows...like to get 2 to each, but ill break down and leave my wife at home if I have to go to stub hub...lol.

    If the tix are so difficult to get, then why have I heard about so many people attending multiple EV shows when he toured the West Coast? I would be happy with attending one show, let alone 3 or 4 that many are talking about.

    Ten Club sale is for EV first leg was a total meltdown, as I bought LA1 TC tickets 1 1/2 hours after they went on sale, due to the server disaster. But regardless they will be gone in a blink of an eye this time. So it is more or less probably 90% luck and 10% connection speed.

    I got 3 LA2 tickets through the KROQ Ticketmaster presale, and they were decent seats. But had no luck with the normal ticketmaster sale, when trying to help friends get tix. Both LA shows soldout instantly on TM.

    I plan on going to both Chicago shows this time around, even if I have to pay out the ass on Stubhub or some other racket.
