tkt order process email

Has anyone gotten this yet. I got the firsr email but not the process one. Anybody know how long it takes?

    I haven't got mine yet. My credit card hasn't even been charged yet either. It shows up in my profile though. I don't think theres a reason to worry. They have thousands of orders to process.

    it depends on when you bought it ... if they are swamped or if it was not during a presale ...

    the e-mail confirms I got for this presale were about 45 minutes - hour after purchase.

    But remember, they are having issues with the e-mail system, thus the 2 e-mails announcing this presale.

    Just look in your profile in the goods section after you log on .... if you have an order number in there ... you ARE all set.

    I haven't gotten an email confirmation for either of my shows. They're both in my profile, though, and they've even corrected the date for the DC show on my profile. I'm beginning to wonder if my email is working with 10c. First, I never received notification this past year that my 10c membership needed to be renewed. I always got a reminder in the past. By the time I remembered, my membership had expired & I had to renew, and I now have an even worse membership number than I did before. Then, I never received any email from 10c about this tour. Now I'm not getting my confirmations for the tickets. Is it just me, or is anyone else having email problems?
