    I'm sitting here thinking about how I just got an e-mail from someone I haven't heard from lately and found out that he was diagnosed with cancer this summer and is undergoing chemotherapy.

    It's the same kind of cancer that my step-father died of. Of course I was careful not to mention that in my reply. :|

    the worst part is, there's no light at the end of the tunnel. I want to be living my life, but I've learned that when you make $800 less per month than you owe in student loans, and have chance of ever making much more, you really can't live your life.
