If you ever go down to Disney's Wild Kingdom, most animals are active in the morning, but Hippo's i can tell you after many attempts, are more active in the afternoon. My wife and i watch 2 young males spare for over an hour, those things are HUGE!

Hippos. This thread reminds me of Roger Clemens for some reason. Yes KO, it always comes back to Sox/Yanks with me. I'm sick like that.

Funny. Again, I was thinking Don Zimmer.

 i think where Roger Clemens is concerned, there might be middle ground for us to agree on. My opinion: up until Boston released him, brillant career, then he found steriods in Toronto, and became a peice of shit both professionally and personally.

If anybody should be hallowed ground, it should be ZIM, Note Torre never won without him, ever again.

Yes. And he was experiencing "roid rage" when he threw the bat back at Mikey Pizza. Don't worry, his day will come. I hope he gets jail time for lying as much as he has. At least Andy came out and admitted it, talked about why he did it, and moved on.

    Okay, back to the hippos!

I was thinking of starting a similar thread with my favorite animal of them all, the penguin. God I love penguins.

Agreed. I could go on and on about Zimmer and what nice people he and his wife are. He met and talked with my dad and grandfather before a Rays game a few years ago in Tampa. You'll never hear one word of shit being talked by this red sox fan about Zim.
