    1. London/Berlin 2010 cant decide between either
    2. Dublin

Didn't do the US dates but would have to have been 1 hell of a show to be anywhere close to either of these

I only saw Columbus, so clearly that's my favorite (one hell of a show!); however, I originally downloaded the Perth, Au show just to have a copy of 'Throw Your Arms Around Me' and, I gotta say, I absolutely love that boot! The energy in 'Breakerfall' as the opener, moving into 'Why Go', 'Corduroy' and 'Gonna See My Friend' is just insane!

Philly! 4, 1, 2, 3. Then Newark. Amazingly underrated show. Hartford was brilliant as well.
  • MSG II
    Philly Night 3

    correct answer.

  • also - as has been said, Newark is def. underrated. Alone, Immortality, Indifference not as a closer, Jersey Girl. Great show.

Philly 4 was obviously one of the best pure experiences. last ever show at the spectrum. 40+ songs, over 3 hours. the boys in costumes. Bugs. Crown of thorns. may not have had the best flow of songs, etc - but let me tell you, it was an unbelievable experience. The confetti during RitFW had the band and crowd in sheer delight. Ah, memories.

    .

I agree -- Newark was probably my favorite show that I attended from the 2010 leg - not saying its the best of the tour, just saying these things are subjective and I really liked Newark. I was lucky to have seen some great shows and its hard to pick the best i attended, let alone best of the whole tour. If I had to pick one that i attended, id have to say Philly3. Obviously, i loved MSG2 as well, which was a lot of fun and Hunger Strike was a thrill. So many great shows this tour -- i certainly wouldnt argue with Boston, LA3, LA4, Philly4 or Berlin as contenders. I also really like Melbourne, Brisbane (the Aussie shows always seem to be good), both Seattle shows, both Chicago shows, San Diego, Vancouver, SLC, Austin, Belfast, London. The whole tour was great These things can get a bit silly, with everyone insisting that the one show that he or she attended is the show of the tour.

    Tough question..

For example, Eddie was so different in this two concerts. 2009 he was very relaxed, on fire and a bit drunk at the end. This year was way more emotional with this 10 Years-Roskilde-Day. Black, Come Back 2010 were epic!
And finally i got to hear Immortality & In Hiding which i waited soo long for this two songs and then they come in a row :D

The audience was louder and more into it in 2009... just my opinion.

Finally... both shows were outstanding and unique... i just can't say which one was better!

Hartford was a great show. I walked out thinking there was no way they could top it in Boston two nights later. They did, but not by very much.

I think the five show run from Hartford through MSG II are all great. I'm thankful I got to see two of 'em, am a little jealous of anyone who got to see all of 'em!

out of the shows i done it would be

berlin 2009/berlin 2010 not much between them by far the best crowd and band reactions different types of show emotinaly and hard to split but 2009 i would say is my best gig every of any band

london 02 2009 wasnt expecting to much ended up 2 nd row great sound good crowd great set

shepherds bush 2009 purley for excitment an build up probably would be top but ended up to drunk so can only go on what i remember boot sounds good though

london hyde park 2010 again got pretty close to front and surprised not so many people rate it higher / the boot sounds amazing

dublin 2010 really enjoyed up in the seating had tears in my eyes a few times

belfast 2010 in satnding 3rd or 4th row for 2nd half of show great setlist and not far behind dublin for me

bbk festival spain 2010 loved the setting ,lots of good moments , bass sound was strangely loud but good never the less

rock werchter festival belguim 2010 not a great crowd nearly the worst ive been in at any concert very poor atmosphere sound not great either far to big a venue to compete with some of the more intimate stuff but did have some good moments all the same

arras france 2010 loved the venue and the sound was nearly as good as london but the crowd were absoulutly shocking the worst pearl jam gig ive been at by a mile not because of the band or sound but the trully awfull french crowd

to finish off having been at above and listened to boots including us tour dates nothing even came close to berlin it was miles better than any of the rest and a venue i will do all i can to never miss pearl jam playing ever again , i cannot explain in words how good the 09 and 10 gigs were

but guess you might need to have been there to understand n everyone has their own opinion ;)

    Easily Philly 3!
    me

Definitely philly 3! I have been to tons of shows including MSG 1/2 2003, MSG 1/2 2008, MSG 1/2 2010 to
name a few. After the shows my friends and I who attend talk about it on way home. After philly 3 we all agreed that was the greatest show ever, not one of us disagreed. With the other msg shows 1/2 2010 there was alot of disagreement. Just my two sense, but that is how we gauge concerts since it seems that on this page every concert that someone has attended is the greatest concert ever no matter where it is. Take care everyone.

I saw 3 of the 4 Philly shows, Hartford, Newark and both MSG's.

A lot of great shows, but I think Hartford was the best for me.

Didnt see Berlin 2010, but I consider 2009 maybe the best of the 9 shows Ive seen. I bet 2010 was fantastic as well, specially considering the 10 year day of the Roskilde accident. Wuhlheide is also the best venue Ive seen them in.

I saw Dublin and Belfast, and Belfast was way better. Much more energy and better setlist.

I hit 6 shows in the US and 3 in Europe this tour -
I'm no critic as they all had a completely different vibe going on...

Of the shows I attended ... Cleveland has to get some recognition here...
Wash as an opener and Indifference as a closer... In Hiding, Smile, and The Real Me in between.
    Can I get an Amen..t Pl..lease? ;)

Berlin was amazing... If you were not there.... you can't even comment as far as I am concerned.
Love Boat Captain was played while we were in the behind the stage que ...sound check... gave me chills!
It got a little tight up front as an enthusiastic GA show can be but everyone took care of one another quite nicely. There was an amazing community feeling all day long. Thank you new friends for making it special!
