this is not as easy as i thought ...was going to say ten..but im going to say backspacer now..not that its my favourtie album(not by a long shot)..but just to see how the band works now and the energy that they still have for the music and each other ..
and im sure your get a better conversation out of a few of them now .
and also i can go omg the outtakes you lot have not heard are out of this world. :P
the record that I GOT ID "came" from ... im not talking about MERKIN BALL .. im talking about the full record they recorded and had to scrap for some crazy reason . and only released the single and bside. i remember before MERKIN BALL came out their was news of a new full record . it was all over the radio my buddy from sony even called me to tell me about it .. the news of the recorded faded fast . weeks later we get a TWO song. rumor has it they went behind sony/epics back to record it .in return sony/epic made them scrap the entire album ... WHO KNOWS ..
if i could have been in the studio for those recordings i would have made a boot of it and leaked it onto the WEB for all of us to enjoy ..
Obviously Viatology. We all were basically there for Yield on SVT. Viatology is a mystery. 1994.. Spin the Black Circle? Last Exit? IMMORTALITY!! WHIPPING?!!!! Common. No Brainer. The band was in a weird stage in it's growth. Maturing yet still so fresh. Issues were being worked out or not. Angst. Death. What an awesome time to be alive. Glad I got to be a part of it.
