What will come first?

Just wondering what people think. What will we get first. . .

1. A "B-side" record.

2. A Pearl Jam tour. (more than one or two benefit shows or anniversary show, etc.)

3. An Eddie solo tour.

4. A new studio record.

5. A DVD. . . maybe "best of Philly 2009"

?????
