For my 1000th post, I'd like to say THANK YOU to PJ for a stellar 2010!

Seeing them for the first time, being a part of both incredible and moving MSG dates, meeting some cool people, and for their continual inspiration through their music that brings us all together! L'chaim! :D

Portugal was an improv song they first played back in 96 in Cascais (Portugal). Ed rambles some lyrics and sings Por-tu-gal Por-tu-gal in between. Quite cool. Was also played in 2006 in Lisbon.

Im with you, would have loved some of those, but hey that´s part of the thrill, sometimes they decide to go their own way, and feel the crowd, look at past setlists, in order not to make too many repeats (apart from crowdpleasers) so as to make for a good experience for all involved. As much as can be anyhow, but hey I might be wrong here, on a high even though I didnt attend this one. I wouldnt change some of the recent past ones I´ve seen (Dublin, Berlin) but I would have loved to have seen some of the ones I didnt attend, typical isn´t it?
Im happy, happy, happy, and sad I only saw them twice this time around, way too few for my liking.

But Im still with u on the no love for Binaural and RA...

Gonna see my friends, again , soon, Cheers, J
