Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

US rules don't apply when the band play Europe, so no.

This is the last setlist from a Lisbon festival. My friend, who I know from touring who lives in Lisbon said she found it to be boring.

set:(Interstellar Overdrive)/Corduroy, Do the Evolution, World Wide Suicide, Animal, Elderly Woman…, Severed Hand, Even Flow, Big Wave, Daughter, State of Love and Trust, Life Wasted, Alive
first encore: Given to Fly, Why Go, Better Man, Crazy Mary, Rearviewmirror
second encore: Black, Rockin in the Free World, Yellow Ledbetter

Not necessarily true. They pulled out a boomer last year in London and they were only here for a handful of shows then. Of course, the real thing is that it is a festival set and I don't expect them to pull any kind of epic setlist out for a festival. Which obviously is when they'd do just that and take us all offguards :D
