Playlist for Friend
A friend of mine area attempting to find a shared interest in music, we both love Red Hot Chili Peppers, The White Stripes, and The Beatles, but that's about it. We agreed to try out each other's favorite music.
His favorite bands are:
1) My Chemical Romance
2) Linkin Park
3) Green Day
4) Red Hot Chili Peppers
5) The Beatles
I tried the first three since I already listen to the last two. I absolutely hated Linkin Park, strongly disliked My Chemical Romance, but kind of liked Green Day. He asked me for some Pearl Jam while leaving my house a few months ago, and my copy of No Code was on right there, so I handed it to him. He said about it, "I really liked some of it, but some of it really sucked. The album seemed sort of...uneven. I think the main reason I don't like Pearl Jam is because I don't like slow stuff." He's got the idea in his head that PJ only does slow stuff, so I'm going to burn him CD with some of their best fast stuff. A CD can be 80 minutes, here's what I have right now;
Fast Pearl Jam:
1. Once
2. Even Flow
3. Got Some
4. Breakerfall
5. World Wide Suicide
6. Hail, Hail
7. Rats
8. Jeremy
9. Brain of J.
10. Save You
11. Comatose
12. Corduroy
13. Blood
14. Lukin
15. Spin the Black Circle
16. Animal
17. Do the Evolution
I really want to have the first two tracks be Once and Even Flow, just because that's how I first heard PJ. I know Corduroy, Rats, and Jeremy aren't really fast songs, but I think he'll still like them, plus, I don't think anyone can handle constant fast music.
So basically what I'm asking is, are there any other songs you guys think would fit well? Also, do you think the order of songs could be switched up in away for a better flow?

I usually like to have Hail, Hail and Brain of J earlier in the tracklist. Just my preference.
Good luck and have fun!
49 shows and counting....
Ghost is definitely going in, I had Go in there, but ended up deleting, I might add it back in. You're probably right about Hail, Hail and Brain of J. I'll see what I can do. I love Rearviewmirror, but I don't think he will.
Edit: You're right, Last Exit is an epic closer. Thanks for the recommendations.
