PJ Under Review DVD...new dvd?

Is this a new Pearl Jam concert dvd? The release date is listed as 21 Sep 2010. The product description is a little humorous...and the details seem sketchy and incomplete. Is it valid?

If it is indeed valid, will there be a Ten Club pre-sale or special bundle like with Immagine in Cornice?

    If you don't want to read through that thread, here's the jist:

    It's unofficial, and it's crappy. Just random people talking about the band, most likely... and maybe compilations of already available interviews.

    It's poopoo... sorry for the dude who already ordered it and had it shipped. :)

    It's unofficial but when somebody uses a Pearl Jam image on the front of the DVD (and probably on the back of the DVD), there must be royalties given to Pearl Jam Co on the sale of this DVD, if it's sold official in stores (aka amazon.com etc ...), wouldn't it? Wish there was more info & detail about this release.
