Any one who saw Iggy Pop and Stooges open for Pearl Jam

Please share your experiences. I saw Iggy and Stooges last night in Toronto for the first time and all i can say is "WOW". Those shows when Iggy and Stooges opened for Pearl Jam must have been powerhouse shows.

    Saw Iggy open in 98 I think it was. Had great seats, 9th row, it was crazy, not like 1978 crazy, but good none the less

    Saw Iggy w/ PJ in Pittsburgh in '98. Was my first PJ show. I couldn't wait for Iggy's set to be over. :)

    Pretty sure just Iggy. Also at Pitt 98. Didn't find it annoying. More manic. Kinda watching the aftermath of a car accident

    Saw them in 98 in Cleveland...the one show where Iggy is pissed off at some guy in the front row & showed his ass to him, hahaha! Good times :-)

    I saw Iggy and Mudhoney open up for PJ in Camden, NJ in '98. He was ok, I was never a huge fan of his though. Saw him a few years ago at the Download Festival in Camden also with The Killers and a few other bands.

    98 Camden, second row, man I want my fan club seats back. How did I go from second row to 30th.. Back to Iggy if I remember correctly it was loud and sucked and he almost pulled al the speakers down. :evil:

    If I remember correctly, it was some guy and he was looking at his watch like "when is this going to end?". I guess Iggy saw him being so disrespectful and decided to give him a piece of his, umm..mind.

    I too was at the first Camden show ... The crowd was totally disinterested, until the last song, Johnny B. Goode. Ed sarcastically said it was "the best crowd he's ever had - not in his lifetime, but certainly in the last week or so." Mudhoney wasn't announced as I recall, they were a surprise opener. Had I known, I would have gotten there earlier, but we got in just as they ended.
