yes teh D was good, but the O was terrible. no ball movement, no player movement. was any body cutting?

I was about to say this - I HATE Kobe, but I hope he wins more championships than Jordan. Kobe is the best player since MJ, and I hate saying that.

if he's the best since Jordan, that's some weak sauce. he looked like he was praying his team could win it for him. he made some free throws and got a few key rebounds. he wasn't very inspiring out there.

Only a moron would compare Kobe to MJ. 6 - 0 in finals vs 5 - 2. That zero says a hell of a lot compared to the 2. Kobe should not be mentioned in the same regard as MJ, PERIOD!

Kobes the most overrated player I've seen in my years of watchin basketball.
The hype he gets drives home how weak the NBA is.
    Jordan would eat him alive.

jordan shot 429 in that game, vs the 250 for kobe last night.

jordan put up 45 points going after the win, kobe was hanging on hoping his teammates would carry him home.

give me jordan any day of the week, and twice on sunday.

Jordan Kobe is not a wash.

    Give me

    Jordan
    Pippen
    Harper (i like big guards)
    Bynum (healthy)
The 4 is the hardest pick. do i want offense or defense. I'd like to know the opponent before i make this selection.

    Kukoc
    Kerr

with that all star line up, you have plenty of scoring. plus it's always good to have a little crazy on the team. Rodman always put 100% effort into the game, he knew his role and he did the dirty work. get the ball for jordan and pippen and defend the best low post player on the other team. in his three years with the Bulls he averaged 14.9, 16.1 and 15 rebounds per game. those are some sick numbers. i just don't see the D and toughness in Pau

i could go either way on this position and still be happy.

yea but artest is the d so you can compare those 2

    rodman was awesome no doubt

we are comparing teams with 6 and 5 rings ... so both squads are pretty darn good

you win a championship, yeah, you are a pretty good team.

however, when you look back at the history and start lining up all the championship teams thru all the years, i don't think the 2010 team cracks the top 10, while the Jordan led 95-96 bulls are in the top 5.

If he wins 6 titles, I'll already say he's better than MJ. Jordan won all 6 with a hall of famer next to him - not saying that Jordan didn't make Pippen, but Scottie is a Hall of Famer. Kobe won 3 with a Hall of Famer next to him. The reason he's won the last two is because of him. There's no one with exceptional talent on this team, other than maybe Artest. And he's definitely no Pippen or Shaq.

Maybe Kobe has done it "on his own"...but Gasol and Fisher make some pretty big impacts on the Lakers squad. He's also got Phil Jackson, who has an insanely good career coaching record.
