Garnett IS the man...the whole reason I became a fan of the Celtics...that and Ray Allen, always loved watchin' that guy play.

The rich basketball history of the Celtics has always been a point of liking for me as well.

Ohhhhhh, so you're a bandwagon? I got ya now.

I followed two favorite players of mine...does that still make me bandwagon?? It's not my fault they signed to a well known and successful team.

It's unfortunate that people have to worry about being labeled "bandwagon" for being a fan of a popular team for whatever reason. You've gotta start somewhere, no?

I suppose we should label all the new members to this board "bandwagon" Pearl Jam fans?

I wish the Celtics well cause how huge would a victory be? I mean on DC talk radio NOBODY is giving them a chance tonight especially without Perkins.

However, with Perkins I picked the Celtics in 7 and without him I'm STILL sticking to it.

i can't believe you missed that thread. you can follow and even root for the C's if you were a KG fan from the begining, but you can't become a C's fan just because he showed up. from what it sounds like, you are a Jazz fan that jumped on the C's bandwagon in the last few years. that's fruadulent. and yes, there is a book of rules. it's been around since the begining of time, it's on the shelf, just to the right of the man rules.

Well I'm a rule breaker, and still a Jazz fan. For the record, have been a KG and Ray Allen fan since the beginning.

Did I fail the sports fan test yet?

Normally I don't correct grammar either, but it's "fraudulent". Sorry. ;)
