    mid-June in Tennessee for Bonnaroo

    AND

July 1 in New York City for Robin Hood

Those dates are within three weeks of each other. Are these the first two of many more to follow?

    .
Did get a email from 10c sayin that PJ will be very busy this year maybe a mini tour

btw - it is pricey. for maroon 5 there are 3 choices $250, $400, or $5000 for vip. not sure what vip means. but it is for a great cause.
    ouch!

I know it's for charity, but adding the flights.. :(
plus unless they do other dates between Bonnaroo and that, wouldn't stay that long in the US..

just hope we get some concrete info soon.. preferably before the UK festivals go on sale (as there some around that time)
  • Just play Alpine Valley or Red Rocks this summer. :)

  • Awesome news! The Robin Hood Foundation is a terrific organization that helps fight poverty in NYC. Moreover, 100% of donations go to actual programs whereas in most charities, donations have to help fund the administrative costs of the organization.

Kudos for Pearl Jam for supporting Robin Hood. This is one show where I won't mind the high ticket prices!

No offense taken. I personally hope its not the black-tie affair. I'd feel like a real putz watching PJ in a tux. As long as they do a regular NYC area show, I will be happy.

I heard confirmation that pearl jam will be playing a charity for Robin Hood (http://www.robinhood.org), a great charity for nyc's poor. Maroon 5 is playing tonight at the Nokia Theater...PJ is scheduled for July 1st...not sure of the venue, but it will be in new york city.

are you related to evil beaver?? ;)
So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream

Will do. I'm on it! The Stones did a private show for Robin Hood at RAdio City a couple years ago, and the prices were ridiculous.
