Found the Brtisow CDs in the mail today! They sound excellent, and it's great to be able to relive the show again.
Quick question: None of the songs have track names or info. Is this normal?

i am also disappointed in the sound of the columbus boot. i think the entire bootleg sounds like it was taped inside a metal box.
Really? I think it sounds pretty fine. I'm listening to CD's I burned from my purchased FLAC on my home stereo system. It sure sounds like it was inside Nationwide Arena to me.
Ok...I have now downloaded columbus, hartford and boston and the quality is not good. I have listened to them on my bad ass computer speakers, my bose headphones and my shitty stock escape speakers and they just aren't as good quality wise.
Do the CDs have better sound than dowloads? The sound is very flat.
Ya know after St. Louis. which sounded a bit better than the first couple of boots and obviously better than 2008, I thought we were headed in the right direction. Nowhere but up. Unfortunately Boston sounds very hollow. Very echoey or tinney and distant. The crowd noise I could care less about. As a musician myself I pay for these bootlegs to hear the band with a little bit of the crowd mixed in. Anyone that says they want more crowd noise should go straight to the audience recordings imo. Anyways, I'm still very happy to have to ability to get these live shows so soon after the shows are over, but in the past we got them almost sooner with better quality. What is going on here? Matt seems to be the only one that is either well mic'ed or just mixed the best, cuz everyone else is drowned out.

I like the 2000 and 2003 boots, where you could distinctly hear Mike, Stone, and Ed's guitars. More headphone friendly. I used to focus on Mike or Stone's channel, depending on the tune and my mood. Now, it takes more effort to hear the details. About the only thing I do appreciate on the 2008/2009 boots is Matt's drum sound, which is pretty solid. I am still buying all the boots, but perhaps the sound could be cleaned up a bit in 2010?

WOW I ordered 3 including Boston on Thursday and I got them this afternoon!! Amazing turnaround time from Kufala. Just started listening to Boston and it sounds great, but not as good as when we were there Cant wait for MSG!!!!!!!!!!!

PJ radio makes these sound sooo much better. Anyone know why there is such a desparity in sound quality between the '10 boots and when PJ radio plays them?
Listening to MSG 1 on PJ Radio right now (bought the cd version) and I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of crowd noise. Is this just the stream or is this how the actual boot sounds as well?
Ordered Newark CD yesterday,MSG 1 CD today. .I think the sound of the 2006 boots downloaded and ripped to cd sound a bit better, than the 2010 DL.The 2006 boots are louder,and for some reason,and bit more clear IMO.I have the Boston (DL) ,05.17.10.This show sounds very good.Great version of RITFW. Listen close,at the end of Ed says.. "Go Red Sox".This is a classic show.I also have the Hartford (DL) from 05.15.The 2009 and 2010 gigs just have to be turned up a notch.I noticed this after I had the East Rutherford NJ show on, from 06.03.06.I then put on the Boston show, from this past May,and I had to turn it up a bit.The bands instuments are a bit low as well.But like I said,the 2010 shows are great ones.I just bought St Louis and Kansas City (DL) today as well.Time to crank up some gigs.. ..Peace.

I've only ordered 1 bootleg ever (Cleveland show from last month) so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am extremely happy with mine. I have absolutely no complaints. Only problem is, now I want more!!!!

Everything about it sound horrible to me. The quality is not on par with any of the others to my ears. Ed sounds terrible to me and the band is playing everything in slow tempo. All in the ears of the beholder but was wondering if anyone else had the same sentiments.
