  • I don't know if Lukin would be considered a rarety but it might show up. And I wouldn't be shocked if the Don't Wake Me Up, It's Xmas Time song shows up as kinda a "Christmas in Summer" theme that no one would expect. How about some........

I'm being realistic based on other tours' opening shows: no more than 25 songs and no real rarities. Lots of forgotten lyrics and equipment problems.

Lets all be honest folks, the first show of the tour is usually rusty with no surprises.

    All Night.

It would be brilliant as an opener.

I agree, I hope they open MSG 1 with it.

  • I guess the bigger question is if PJ will introduce new covers this tour?

I know this song isnt really a rarity but I hope they play wishlist alot. The song really grew on me and and I would love for them to extend it and Ed to do a tag.

I love this tune too, but I think the complex vocal harmonies and multiple vocal tracks at the end of the song would require alot of rearrangment to play live, hence why it has never been played--too bad because it would be a great, rocking fast paced opener...

I heard it in Chicago in '06, and I agree that it was wonderful, but I don't know if I would call it a rarity though.

I agree-like a encore opener with just Eddie-Rise, Society or Far Behind would be a good fit for a PJ show. Also, Sonic Reducer will make a return to the MSG stage....

This is a long shot but I have been feeling Who You Are as an opener, maybe the first show. Would be awesome, highly unlikely as an opener, but one can dream of hearing that awesome percussion and bass lines opening the show.

Yeah, Ed's pre-set would be a good place for one of those songs. I'd love to hear Rise or Far Behind, personally.
*Does not include encore of Garden and Leash.
  • I think it would be amazing if the show started with setting forth. I would orgasm multiple times.

  • I forgot about Into the Wild. Interesting dynamic if one of those makes the double encore. I hope some of these towns ditch the curfew law.
