Philly was interesting - like they were counting the Rocky theme as the opener as the songs they started with are typically 2nd songs ...... as much as i enjoy a surprise i am happy to see the traditional openers return for this tour...... been lucky enough to see 15 shows (if you count an Ed solo) so here goes:

During a 7 show stretch i saw 2 SONGS?: HTI & Sev. Hand. If anyone was waiting to hear HTI opener, they should've went with me in 2008>
Not that ANY opener is a dissapointment, but i would say Small Town was. That, and the Corduroy opener for MSG-2(2010). After 19 shows i wanted RELEASE! or even long Road, but not Corduroy. I could tell i wasn't the only one who felt that way, as i could hear the groan of dissapontemnt. That ONLY lasted about 1 SECOND and then we went APE SHIT!
MAYBE next time i"ll get RELEASE?? Hell, i've only wanted to hear it since i taped the Atlanta 1994 show. Whats another year? or 2?0 -

ive been 13 less shows than you, but i feel your pain. its my favorite song and i figured id get a good shot going to extremely hyped shows like the 4 in philly and the 2 at msg. but like you said there will be more shows.

That 7 show stretch of HTI and Severed Hand is ridiculous. Im 0-19 with Long Road but ive got Release 4 times.0 -
