seriously, this is what normally goes on at city council meetings, if you have ever been you know what I am talking about. This gal is fantastic. If any of you haven't seen it you have to watch it.

I couldnt believe it when I heard it so I had to watch it. It was unreal. I particularly like the guy who has what appears to be his wife timing him so he gets through all his points in his allotted 5 minutes
