One person communicated to 10C that he was logged out while trying to buy tickets. He is not the only one. If this happened to you, please be counted.

Happened to me more than once.

    Happened to me as well....missed out on Toronto Night 1...wasn't very impressed!

    Yes it happened to me, but the weird thing was, it was after I'd gotten a buy and clicked on it, and then when I logged back in, the tickets were in my cart and I was able to check out.

    Happened to me during the noon DC sale but not the 2pm DC sale. Didn't get tickets to either, but I guess it isn't the end of the world. Hopefully the ticketmaster route works out Friday.

    This will happen if you are logged into the good section for a significant amount of time (like more the a hour).

    it happened after i got the Buy button as well but there was nothing in my cart after i signed back in unfortunately.....i should have had those tickets already now i have to gamble with ticketmaster!!!!!

    Happened to me during DC1 at noon, but I got DC2 tickets with no problems.

    I got it, too. It happened to both DC1 and DC2. Click buy, logged out, log in, TOOS.

    I was logged off and tried to buy tickets... It happend both for the 16th and 17th.

    I will try ticketmaster on the 11th, but i refuse to pay a scalper. If i dont get tickets im donating that money to the surfrider foundation. If people stopped buying from these people they would go out of business.

    Im sure they will be great shows. I hope everyone who got shut out today gets tickets through ticketmaster and doesnt need to go through a scalper.

    Yes,luckily i did.....i almost had a problem with that as well...when i pasted my credit card number in,a message came up saying that this type of card was not valid....at that point i am cursing up and down...WTF!!!!!!!! I had to scramble to get my other credit card out and re-type the number in,thank god it went through!

    I got signed out after I hit the buy button for show 1 and saw the show was out of stock. I signed back in and kept trying and it happened again except it just wouldn't give me the tix. I signed in again just before the second show and it happened again when I got the buy button three times - didn't kick me out just said they were out of stock each time. I thought once you hit buy the tix would automatically go to your cart just like the other items on there. Don't know why this kept happening.

    Once each time that I tried to get tickets (DC shows). It is not a time issue, I made sure that I didn't log in until 5 minutes ahead of time.
    On both occasions, I got a buy button and when I hit it, it logged me out. When I logged back in and checked my cart, it said that it could not add tickets because they were TOOS.

    This happened to me once when I was going for a rare poster that I wanted. I was logged in for over an hour, so it must time you out (it sucked).

    I was not logged out for Boston 1 but got them right away. I was not logged out for Boston 2 but never got them. I was logged out for both DC shows several times and had to keep logging back in.

    Literally at least 4 times for each show I did not get.
