    We've had a shake-you-out-of-your-shorts windstorm every afternoon for over a week now. The temperature is perfect with a capital PERFECT: Warm in the sun and cool in the shade. But by 3 pm the wind is so brutal that my ears feel frostbitten within ten minutes! Each morning, hundreds of 6 foot palm leaves clog the streets.

    It'll be May in a few hours, yet I can still see some snow atop Mount Washington. Interesting!
