 Oh there's wonder in that alone to know your Great Grandma! She's just left this world, the word dead is well,so very final. I picture you with the other wonderful ladies in your family honoring the matriarch. It's funny to say enjoy but thats what she would want for her great granddaughter, granddaughter and daughter, a beautiful bonding in love and in time. Safe travels nowscb wrote:

 My parents & grandparents all got married around age 19 & had kids starting around age 21, and me, both my parents, and some of my grandparents were/are the oldest of their/my generation, so I've been extremely fortunate to have known most of my great-grandparents. And I had another great-grandmother who lived to be 97!
 I really like your idea of my great-grandmother's daughters granddaughters, and great-granddaughters celebrating her life. Unfortunately though, she only had one child - my grandmother - and she died 6 years ago, and had only grandsons.
 Now I'm just rambling though. You're kind to indulge me. 0 0
