Down goes the ORANGE and I had a feeling they weren't going too go far. I just had Gonzaga beating them. Well that sort of saves that bracket for me cause i had Gonzaga in the Final Four. While I have OSU in the championship game.

    You mean this Gus Johnson?

LOVE Gus Johnson, wish more announcers would have his emotion (Jim Nantz, Joe Buck). Ideally it would be Gus Johnson and Bill Raftery doing the Final 4, not Nantz and Kellogg.

Raftery: Team A coming out in the MAN TO MAN!!

    Johnson: WOW!!!!

    Raftery: ONIONS!!!! With the kiss!!

it was just a matter of time, cliffy. the odds were stacked heavily against syracuse in that bracket...too much talent to go through, even with kansas losing quick. and with AO out........forget it. as seen last night, jackson makes too many stupid fouls and riley is just too green.

sure, it was depressing watching them take a lead in the 2nd half, just to give it up again and lose, but all in all....they did a hell of a lot more than anyone anticipated before the season started.

I hear you, especially with the AO injury, I knew they wouldn't get that far. Was hoping though.

Last night was rough, I thought they had it when they took the lead. I just didn't want them to lose to Butler. All in all, you are right, it was a good season. Going to be a different team next year without Rautins, AO and Johnson.

i'm holding out hope that johnson will come back for one more season...i know, most likely not going to happen...but a fan can dream, can't he? i'll miss rautins the most, but am already looking forward to his 12 year old brother playing in the dome when his time comes. andy and leo both say he's better than the two of them were at that age.

also can't wait to see fab melo next season.

Yeah, I wish too just dont see it. Melo teased everyone when he said "I thought college was four years?" but just like that, he wont be coming back. Oh well. Yeah, Rautins has really done well for himself, I didn't hear about his brother, thats cool. Almost like the Powells on the Lacrosse side.

I dont know much about him but I hear he is unreal.

lol, i remember that. after he said that, the crowd started chanting "three more years! three more years!"
