    Ohio was NOT good during the regular season. The only reason they made the tourney is the won the MAC tourney as a #9 seed. good god

    i'm having a pretty good day so far. couple of minor losses, but i still have 14 of my sweet 16 intact, elite 8 on is all still in.

    i think alot of people forget that in a standard scoring leage (like this one) the championship game is worth as much as all the first round games combined. too many people get caught up in trying to pick all the upsets that are only worth a point or two. i prefer to pick status quo and let the upsets happen.

    I did a bracketology years ago at work with the pot being around $100-$150. I used the system of 1 pt first round, 2 pt second round, 4 pts third round, 8 pts 4th round, 12 pts final round and 16 for the championship with point differential in case of a tie.

    So far I'm unreal with ONLY 4 loses (FL Gators, Marquette, Missouri, Gtown) . One of them being Georgetown and I have Maryland going to the sweet 16.

    Even though i picked Nova I really like the way St Mary's is playing them without any fear. This is a nice basketball team the way they play with unselfishness it's refreshing.

    The first round between Richmond/St. Mary's I had a hard time picking. I went with Richmond and had them beating Nova. I would have done the same had i picked St. Mary's also. Love Nova but feel like they stumbled lately.

    I really didn't want to take Nova they've been so shaky ALL year. I went with what i thought was the safe pick and it's turning out to be a loss. One thing I didn't have them going any further.
