Well, although I'm glad they are touring, they once again have been neglecting the south, especially Charlotte, NC, where alot of transplants from others states have moved, and would love to see their favorite band without having to travel so far to jam out. Thats sucks and this goes out to the fans in my area that feel my pain.

KVD51, no e-mails were received and I got the browser time-out message as well , but I also was able to confirm that the 5/21 show went through because it was in the "order history" (and then later I confmed the charge at my credit card company's website). I really freaked out at the time-out screen :shock: . It took me about 8 minutes just to get to "step 3" and enter the card information.

Definitely a messed up process and the site could not handle the bandwith. I sympathize with the others who had difficulties :( and had to deal with the site hangups. I didn't know what was going on..

I logged in and since st louis is not showing as sold out and neither is indy, I got two st louis tix in my cart and they were there for check out. i didn't actually check out and updated my cart back to 0, but is this possilbe or will they be temp out of stock if I tried to check out? funny, I had to see since all the frustration here on the board. I have DSL and when indy went on sale it took more than a few refreshes but I got them, I hope. I got the email we've recieved your order.

I did get shut out on the EV in chicago year ago. good luck to all for the future!!

Well, I was shut out of Boston, my home area, and both NYC shows. Pearl Jam no longer gives a hoot on whether their fans get to see them when they come near the fan club members home area. Oh well, at least the leaders of Target got to see them in concert. So what about fan club members who have been supporting them for decades.

That was torture, got all the way to the credit card input, put it in.... and stupid error service message!

UGHHHHHHH! Hours of my day lost, time with my kids lost, and the chance to get ten club tickets all lost! Feeling so flipping defeated.

To you lucky ducks that got your tix, Congrats and please know how lucky you are!

It seems that most people on here did not get tix!?! I guess the ones that got them were doing the happy dance and their laptop hit the floor in the process!
Is there any way they might add a 3rd show in NYC?

Here's an idea:

Stopping over printing gig posters and stop wasting money printing Deep and put all of that extra money toward a functional, reliable system so that people don't have to waste 3 hours not getting tickets. I mean, isn't that why we all joined? Super lame, 10C, super lame!!!!!

The Metallica fan club gets cheap tickets and they don't have to put up with this nonsense. Funny how PJ tickets have become way more expensive since 2003 and yet their setlists vary a whole lot less. Super lame, PJ, super lame!!!

So I had to work, and emailed login info and instructions on how to buy for my wife, who never had been on pearljam.com before. She got tickets for me just fine to Columbus show.

I left work at 10 tonight because of how much goddamn time I wasted refreshing for these MSG tickets. I finally scored a pair to the 2nd night after around an hour of trying for them, so it least it wasn't all for nothing...but what a completely unnecessary source of stress and waste of time. It is amazing how crippled this site gets when it comes to their ticket sales.

Hopefully the "rush" for Hartford tomorrow isn't as severe...hopefully. I can't go through this shit two days in a row!

Sorry to everyone who tried and struck out. After many years in the 10C and dealing with this repeatedly, I'd say I've only ended up with 10C seats half of the time - nothing is guaranteed...

Some of you people have to realize that they can't make available enough tickets for all the club members. Maybe not even a fifth of club members, given how big the club is, how rabid the fans are and how relevant the band remains, and especially given the always insatiable demand in Boston and NYC. Please stop griping and try to understand that this presale is gonna be just as cut-throat as any public sale given the passionate fanbase.

Thank you.Im not the only one huh.DMB/Warehouse...Im on the floor at 2 shows this summer.And yes..I know where the FUCK my seats are that I bought.07.09.10 Hershey..07.17.10 Citi Field..Warehouse gets you tix.....not a problem.I feel like I got ripped off here.Why am I in afan club..for pre-sale...and you cant get tix.I called the 10 club.They were like..um..um...um..Nice system.Shuts down on you..if you hit..buy..its says...sorry..you ripped off my face.????...What?? ..are you kidding me??.We r the suckers. :evil:

I was lucky enough to get tickets and basically that's what it comes down to, luck. I understand exactly why people are mad. If they sell out within seconds and I dont get them, ya I will be upset but the quicker hands won. If I waste hours of my day and not get them because of server problems, I am going to be downright pissed for reasons that are more than justified. This has happened several times and the problem never gets any better even with the staggered times. Plenty of other sites can handle high demand, why can't they upgrade it? They know this will keep happening but nothing is being done. With the smaller tours, demand is going to be much higher and it will be more venues in the big cities where there is already high demand for tickets this problem should be fixed.

What?????.At U2.COM. you get seats.They do it by how long you have been in the fan club.And..YES...I know where my seats are...that I PAID FOR.How do you have a fan club..and 75% of the club does not get seats for Boston and NYC.THATS A BAD JOB.WE ARE NOT BEING CUNTS ABOUT IT.ITS JUST A BAD JOB BY THIS FAN CLUB...jeeeeez. :x

I have been a fan of U2 since 1983 when I WAS 17.I HAVE SEEN EVERY TOUR WITHOUT A PROBLEM.U2 play stadiums that seat 80,000 fans.I love PJ,BUT..DONT EVEN THINK THEY ARE IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS U2.Their fans get seats..and yes..on the floor.This fucking bullshit club..you can not get seats,and if you do..we wont tell you where your seats are.Nice.
