    That stinks! I was at the 08 preparty there too, it was awesome.

    Although I am trying for both MSG, I'm looking forward to Hartford the most. DMB @ The Meadows (whatever) on the 28th and 29 of May too....Going to be a great summer!

    I am almost positive SJ's is shut down....I wanted to go there last year after work and it wasnt there anymore...that place was cool

    hey guys im thinking of makinf the drive tp to hartford for the show...what the big deal with the civic center??? why you guys so pumped ...

    last time i was up at hartford was for my first show in 96

    200????? multiply that by at least 3. that was insanity and the MOST disorganized venue as far as ticketing distribution goes. They had 1 line. I was never so stressed out picking up tickets!!!!!! and it was the first show I EVER missed the opener. oh man that was hell!!!

    We're pumped because the last 4 times they've played Hartford the shows have been at the Meadows. This is a change for us and we're pumped it's at the (XL) Civic Center. And plus, it was the Whalers' home before they moved to one of the Carolina and became the Hurricanes (the Whalers were the only pro sports team CT had and they were a Hockey team). We're glad for this change and there's a lot of places we can go to that is really close to the Civic Center.

    Pearl Jam is about to blow the roof off the place!

    Let's try not to hype up the show too much because Hartford is right before a Boston show (possibly 2) and MSG shows. People are going to say Hartford is going to be a warm-up show for Boston and MSG. We'll take that. Just remember 2008 when everyone was saying Hartford wasn't going be great after 2006. Just look what happened. We are pumped, though, that the show is going to be at the Civic Center for the first EVER! That's why I'm pumped! And hoping the 10C gets back to me with my idea of a Pearl Jam Whaler jersey/shirt!

    I'm in for this show.
    Thrilled it's not at the Meadows.
    Never been in the Civic Center.
    Love seeing PJ at a new venue.

    I have a problem for Wednesday's pre-sale time:

    I have a politcal science class Wednesday night from 5 - 6:15 PM. I've been jogging these options around in my head today:

    1. Skip the class and come home for the sale.
    2. Leave class 5 - 10 minutes before 6 and go to the computer lab and buy them through there.
    3. Borrow someone's laptop and order it during class.
    4. Have my mom order it for me and leave my card at home for her to use it.

    What should I do?!?!?!?!?! I think my teacher is a Pearl Jam fan because one day I took off my jacket and I had the Alive shirt on and he pointed and shook his head and gave me a thumbs up. I need your help! I don't want to miss my first time getting 10C seats, this being my 2nd show. Damn spring break, why couldn't it be next week?!

    I do know my teacher normally lets us out around 6. My first thought was to skip the class when I saw the sale time. Then I was throwing around all those ideas in my head, wondering what to do. I have until Wednesday to decide.

    assuming the st. paddy's day parade is still on tomorrow, i'll be down at black eyed sally's and will scope it out for a possible venue for the wishlist preparty. i'm telling you this will be awesome if we can pull it off. coach's can suck my arse (although i used to love their wings).

    Can I ask already to be someone's +1 for the 10C tickets?

    My fanclub number is way high 447xxx(yikes!) and i'd like the chance at a better seat.

    tell you what.. you can have both of mine if they are on the floor..i am 229.. your number will actually get you better seats than a lot of ten club members..at least in the northeast and in the arenas.. i was on the floor at albany and msg..sitting down the seats are fine, but as soon as people stand they are the worst seats in the house
