    Also, I dont think Rootless Tree is about a break up. I think its about being in a relationship that is so terrible you know you want out of but something is keeping you there and you want out but dont at the same time because being with someone and miserable is better then being alone and miserable.

    Damien Rice has a lot of great breakup songs. Gray Room is another one of my favorites.
