Heard it 3 times today on 1077the End here in Seattle and the DJ specifically introduced it as the "New Single" from Backspacer yesterday or the day before
"Well, I think this band is incapable of sucking."
-my dad after hearing Not for You for the first time on SNL .

    Is this official?

    I've heard just about every song from Backspacer on the radio at some point. I wouldn't call it until its official.

    Well.. our mainstream alternative station (that's an oxy-moron) plays The Fixer and Just Breathe. We have a more progressive station I've heard Amongst the Waves, Unthought Known and Force of Nature a few times. Our classic rock station has played Gonna See My Friend a few times.

    Maybe not their very worst song, but pretty close. And probably the worst attempt at writing a straight forward mainstreamish tune. The momentum build in the song is the only thing it has goin for it, for me. Hands down worst lyrics Ed has ever written.

    Just Breathe has down really well on my local alt. rock station, but I have also heard Amongst The Waves and Force of Nature. I love Unthought Known, but I think ATW would be the better choice.
    words seem so out of place.

    WOW! I can't understand how anyone can not lke this song. I think it's one of their best.
