AKA the fewest # of seats? Will this be the most intimate? Similar to Borgata?

It's intimate, but larger than the Borgata. Seating is better than the Borgata because it's more like a theater. It has balconies and there aren't many "bad" seats. It's an absolutely beautiful venue-- the acoustics are amazing. You'll love it.

how many seats does it have? I hear DC has 1800 seats?

Vancouver was the second smallest venue for the West Coast and we had balcony seats and we had a great time, awesome sound and while I really couldn't see Ed's eye color from my seat I could still see very well... :D

I believe it has under 3,000 seats. Something like 2,500-2,700.

Did you have 10C seats? I just kind of assumed we'd all be on the floor with 10C... I'm hoping not to be stuck in the balcony (but I'm still so glad to go either way!)
