If our lives become too long
Will it add to our regret
 and
 I'll ride the wave
Where it takes mefuck 'em if they can't take a joke
 "what a long, strange trip it's been"0

            My lips are shakin
 My nails are bit off
It's been a month and a day since I've heard myself talk
Only advantage this lifes got on me
Picture an empty cup in the middle of the sea
just the whole of that song really
 the whole of indifference.
thoughts arrive like butterflys, oh he don't know so he chases them away
Oh, and twisted thoughts that spin round my head
 I'm spinning, oh, I'm spinning
How quick the sun can drop away
the whole of black really, but this part especially.
like people mentioned before, too many great lyrics,
this is just the pick of the bunch that hits me most.Glasgow cathouse-1992-2-23, San diego sports arena-1995-11-06 & 07, Glasgow secc-2000-06-03, Tampa st petes times forum-2003-04-13, London O2 arena-2009-08-18, Belfast odyssey arena-2010-06-23.Leeds 2014 - 07-080

"she tells herself and anyone else, father is risking his life for our freedom"
It shows how war fucks up families. I wrote my own song inspired by army reserve and especially this line.0

            I wanna rise
 And say goodnight
 Wanna take
A look on the other side
The last time I saw my Dad alive was when I passed him in the hall on my way to bed. I was mad at him (kinda) and didn't say anything to him. He died that night. This happened the night of Dec 28, 2002 right around the release of Riot Act. This could have been written by me.I found my place......and it's alright0

Wow, you read them all and they MEAN something to all of us all the time. I can't pick one lyric that means the most, I guess that's why they're my favorite band.
However, if I had to pick one that I live by it would be this one...GardenOfStoned wrote:my favorite came on the binaural album and my never change.

I'm a financial analyst so I am definitely a strong believer in planning for the future but I think sometimes we all get caught up in the thought that we need to bust our asses everyday to build our nest eggs (in whatever form that may be) for the future...but what if there is no tommorrow?
This lyric made me start thinking differently about life, not irresponsibly....just prioritizing differently.2006: Boston I, Camden II
