Ed just on TV with Neil Finn

I was just watching the I.P.L cricket at about 1am and there was a delay in play, and by chance I changed the channel to the community station (channel 31 for the Aussies) & who do I see in what appears to be a studio??? Eddie shaking Neils hand and Johnny Maher's hand. It was pretty lucky that I flicked channels at that time. It looks to be from around 2003-2004, Eddie had the short hair but it was starting to get a bit thick.

They talked about how Neil rang Ed up and asked if he wanted to go down to N.Z and Eddie said yes straight away and Neil was shocked that Ed committed so quickly.

Then Ed sang with him, I think the song was called Take a Walk or something.

The other cool thing was that Neil just got a few musicians together to form his band. I don't think they were big names I'd only heard of Johnny Maher. But there was this one guy saying "If you told me a month ago I would be playing with Eddie Vedder...." he was in shock, It was cool to see a little known musician playing with the Ed Ved....

For the record the Kolkata knight riders beat some other team with Andrew Symonds and Adam Gilchrist in it.
