    yep mine said payment pending one week after ordering,i never got one thru the 10c but i did thank them on the forum for the aural exploits heads up,my guess is that you have probably missed out:(
    check your emails,PAYMENT FAILED is what i got.

    I got an email that mine was shipped yesterday.

    Thankfully, looks like I was luckier than some, I would have been really pissed if I had not got it.

    It's 100% unacceptable to run a business like this, no matter how friendly or small the business is. Maybe its the businessman in me, but that's how I would fix it.

    Depending what kind of shopping cart they use on the website, it could cause an over sell situation. Their site "could have" been overwhelmed by untypical sales at once and their inventory counts were not keeping up.

    I got an email from steve at @auralexploits and it said that they are gonna try and capture the failed payments later today,so good luck everyone!
    I dont think i will be getting one because i was a little rude,just shows it pays to be nice ha ha

    cant say i blame ya tho... no one here would even know that they ran out if the OP hadnt posted something about them overselling which he/she only knew from asking... i mean dont say "payment failed" if the actually situation was that you over sold... and if their intent was to fix the failed payments later on they shouldve made that clear in the email they sent out too... i understand its a bad situation for this company to be in but it doesnt seem like they dealt with it that well... hope everyone gets one that ordered one!

    Do the buyers on Ebay realize that the album will be released in stores as well, or are they paying the huge price just to get the 7" ??

    i have no idea what would possess those people... the responsibilty lies with the consumer tho to research these things before paying that kind of money... seems to me that anyone that would be interested in this album for that price would know of its store release... must just be banking on the release being extremely limited and the demand being extremely high... IMO the supply will be greater than the demand overall in the end (with the exception of maybe the 7" which i dont really care about all that much)

    7" is available with the store version as well... not every store is getting it though.
    I would definately check with the local store is I was them, but a couple of people here on the board that have bought their copy at a store (or at least reserved it) have said that their record store has all LP's accounted for and that they got 5 to 8 copies...

    My payment from 1/21 was held, until today 1/23, the hold status was removed and my payment went through.

    What time did you get your initial confirmation email immeadiately after yout thought you had bought one? That sucks by the way, kinda like seeing the last poster sell right b4 your turn. I have been there.
