    FYI... Apparently you can donate $10 to the Red Cross for relief in Haiti by texting the word "HAITI" to 90999. The $10 will be added to your cell phone bill. Brilliant!

    this is a great idea. i am just going to the red cross on my way to work tomorrow to donate. you don't have to match my contribution though. what a great gesture. good on you JOEJOEJOE...its much more positive here than in the other haiti thread... :(

    Even though I don't text I just removed my texting feature on my Iphone I did donate $25 via a text on my sister's phone. Yes I feel a bit better now I hope we all can do our share. They need help badly.
