Here is my theory on why Iran wants Nukes so bad

Funny that Biblical prophecy still depicts this. The Medes again wish to take out the city of Babylon (USA).

Uhm, Babylon is called Bagdad today. And they have already warred with them.

And speaking generally: vague prophesies about a people in a general vicinity being hostile towards another people in the same general vicinity are bound to be "right". If nothing else because neighbouring countries in the world historically invade eachother all the time. Empires always fall, and places keep getting invaded or see hostilities(usually by their neighbours). Few major cities of 2000 years ago remain major cities today

Write the prophecies vague enough and center them around basically things in the future not being like today with the vaguest hint og how they are different, and I bet you that most of them will arguably have come to pass, especially if interpreters are allowed to bend a little, switch countries (this name must be understood metaphorically and thus it is in reality "fill in new name here") and so forth.

As for the Iranian regime wanting nukes, of course they do. Their rivals and outright enemies have them already, and it is the only deterrent that works in international politics. If you have nukes, you get to negotiate.

But the premise that they are hiding OBLs family and because of that are seeking nukes, that's preposterous. If they are seeking nukes, they are doing so for the reasons mentioned above and by others.
