    too many things, but first and foremost

    grandad in the hospital (had a mini stroke, and is doing ok, but on the other hand needs blood transfusions because his blood is iron deficient)
    car losing either diesel or oil somewhere, probably the first - need to go to the mechanic, timing sucks

    our partners are long gone, haha.
    there are a few stragglers in the office, but given tht normally there are 100 in our group, if there are 25 spread thru-out the floor, i'd be surprised there's even that many. they hit me all up yesterday for work, i suspect today anyone in is just making appearances, don't want to waste a vacation day, surfing the net, etc.....just like me. 8-)
