hmmm....I have a sneaky feeling that it's gonna be even more confusing getting from Belfast->London than Man->London was.....then I will not perhaps "miss" the London hubbub, but I always manage the first stop, so Belfast is in the vault! (?!)

    btw.
Is there any Fernet Branca fairly easily obtainable in Northern Ireland? Had a pot-shot-luck-moment at some laddery wine shop in Manchester, except that, no Fernet Branca......need Fernet to survive tour!

    Cheers!

Heh, there are two airports in Belfast - you can get to all London airports from Belfast easily.

Belfast International - Heathrow (Aer Lingus)
    Belfast International - Luton (Easyjet)
    Belfast International - Stansted (Easyjet)
    Belfast International - Gatwick (Easjyet)
Belfast City - Heathrow (British Midland)
    Belfast City - Luton (Easyjet/Ryanair)
    Belfast City - Stansted (Ryanair)
Belfast City - Gatwick (Ryanair - I think??)

Lash me down there on the list john my good man...I'll get the pints ready in Dublin but none of that harp muck in Belfast ;)

I don't understand all the animosity towards Harp. The only lager that I think tastes nicer is Peroni. Pint o' the black stuff each then?

Hey thanks for that! I love Peroni too and not only because I'm Italian!

I'm going to Belfast! Got a pair of 10c tickets yesterday, it was a bit mad! Took 23 minutes to finally get them, not as bad as it has been in the past.

The girlfriend and I want seated tickets ideally, but I got the 10c tix because neither of us can get to a computer tomorrow for the general sale.

So, anyone who was unlucky yesterday....would you be willing to try and get a pair of good lower tier seated tickets and then do a straight swap for my 10x tix? I'll make up the difference if they're more expensive.

Where have you booked? I found a Travelodge near the arena that seems fairly cheap, but I need something fairly close to Belfast International Airport because that's where we'll be flying to.

or to put it another way... how close is the venue to Belfast International...? got a flight out at 11:20 the following day and don't want to have to get up too early for a long trek to the airport, so ideally a hotel close to both would be nice... 8-)
Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?

tried suggesting to Aer Lingus that they change which airport they fly to Heathrow from but even mentioning Pearl Jam had no effect  so Belfast International it is, I'm afraid... :D
