    Yeah it's 4.5$ per CD for shipping.
    I only ordered one so far so no custom charges. Maybe if you order all of them at once but I doubt they'll charge anything.

    surfy think if you order them seperately they will be below the customs limit. The shipping is $4.50 per boot whether you order them together or seperately so won't cost you any more :)
