I can touch my fucking toes!!

I can't fucking believe it! :mrgreen: I haven't been able to touch my toes since I was a kid!

In 7 weeks since I've started exercising and stretching, I've gone from being a good 2-3 inches from touching to being able to touch! I really wanted to get flexible....and it's working! haha I'm pretty happy right now! :D

Can you touch your toes?

    Well I can and I can't. I can when I cut my toe nails. But other than that, I struggle big time.

    Only if I'm sitting down! With straight legs no hope... just tried it and there's about 6 inches to go.

    Don't gloat though, I'll only be impressed when you can kiss your own ass.

    I can lay my hands completely flat on the floor...but I'm only 5'1" so I don't really have a long way to reach ;)

    haha My mate was over the other day and he couldn't lift his foot to his nose --- using his arm to lift it. Can you do that? I thought everyone could do that. He struggled soooo badly! And he looks reasonably fit -- but not flexible AT ALL!

    haha That's exactly what I'm doing! Been eating healthy and exercising for 7 weeks now! Lost a dress size, getting fit and flexible....going to be smokin' by tour time! 8-):lol::mrgreen: haha
