I've been watching Albawild's videos for about an hour now... incredible sound for hand-held video from the crowd... the songs from Backspacer play incredibly well live... Albawild, if you are in Philly, PM me so I can buy you a beer...

Way better than last night in my opinion. The crowd seemed more into it and the band seemed to respond to that. Lots of call and response.
My favorite moment came when Mike posed for a picture right in the middle of Spin the Black Circle. Really funny. Is there anyone who has more fun than Mike?
Great to listen to No Way for the first time (I think). Maybe the played it Maui 98 or something?

Pretty sure this was show number 20 for me. I'll see some of you in Portland.
    Trent

they played it 3 times before.

I meant first time listening to it for me. I saw four shows on the Yield tour and didn't get it once. Really cool.
  • The Seattle shows were amazing, can't wait for Portland this weekend.

The setlist was amazing, the crowd was much better than night 1, and they played In My Tree, which I went into the concert hoping to hear and I was not disappointed!

They were amazing nights...get yer boots!
If I knew where it was, I would take you there....there's much more than this.

any idea what the letters "L","M", "SP" and "STD" mean?

  • Wicked wicked show. Hope Vancouver is just as awesome.

On the humorous side... you have to check out Ed on Albawilds' youtube footage during Unemployable. He's rocking out during the intro... at :20 (approximately) he suddenly realizes his cue is in a split second, "Oh crap!"

Thanks, PJ for decades of awesomeness.

    * On a side note... message board haters, don't start knocking Ed for this slight miscue and display of humaness ("I expect more from these guys- especially in Seattle!").

I thought the show was incredible! Also about the no even flow... well 2 of the last 3 shows I have been to havent had it... check the wembley 2007 setlist... plus i wouldnt mind if they did play it each night, as that song is insane at every show.

anyhow - what an awesome couple of nights!! bring on vancouver!
